Your questions,
answered

How care works, where we serve, help with coverage, and the questions parents ask us most.

Four steps,
one team

You’re involved from the first conversation. Here’s what happens once you reach out, so you always know what comes next.

  1. Step 1: Review your child’s assessment

We start with your child’s existing Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE). A new CMDE is completed only when one is needed.

  2. Step 2: Create an Individual Treatment Plan

Together we set goals around your child’s strengths and needs, and the things that matter most to your family.

  3. Step 3: Personalized care and caregiver guidance

Your child receives one-on-one therapy, and you get practical ways to carry new skills into everyday routines.

  4. Step 4: Coordinate with everyone who cares

We keep families, schools, and other providers connected so support stays consistent wherever your child goes.

Questions families ask

Getting started

Where should we start?

Call our team at 651-441-6245 or email info@kidscareinc.com. We’ll talk about your child, answer your questions, and explain the intake process, including any assessment or documentation needed.

Does my child need a new assessment?

We first review your child’s current Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE). If a valid CMDE is already in place, we can move on to creating an Individual Treatment Plan.

A new CMDE is completed only when needed.

What should I have ready when I call?

It helps to have your child’s most recent evaluation, if they have one, and your Minnesota Health Care Programs or insurance information. You don’t need everything in hand to start the conversation.
