ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is delivered one-on-one to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Our team provides ABA therapy in-home and in-clinic for families across Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Scott, Dakota and Carver counties.
What Is ABA Therapy?

Evidence-based therapy, built around your child’s goals

Applied Behavior Analysis is one of the most widely used, evidence-based approaches for supporting children with autism spectrum disorder. Sessions are delivered one-on-one by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), using positive reinforcement to build skills that matter in everyday life. ABA services begin from — and are shaped by — your child’s CMDE and the resulting Individual Treatment Plan (ITP), so every session ties back to goals your family helped set.
What ABA sessions focus on
Individualized Goals
Targets pulled directly from your child’s Individual Treatment Plan.
Positive Reinforcement
Motivating, encouraging techniques rather than correction-based methods.
Data-Driven Progress
Every session is tracked, so we know exactly what’s working.
Family Coaching
Parents learn the same strategies, so progress continues at home.
How ABA therapy is delivered
1
Plan Established
ABA goals are set as part of your child’s CMDE and Individual Treatment Plan.
2
1:1 Sessions Begin
An RBT delivers sessions in-home or in-clinic based on your child’s plan.
3
BCBA/QSP Supervision
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) oversees the RBT-delivered treatment. Experienced Level I providers (master’s-level clinicians) also oversee RBTs to help ensure treatment fidelity.
4
Progress Reviewed
We share updates with your family regularly and recalibrate goals over time.
